Directions to the R/V GO-BETWEEN Departure times for all charters unless otherwise noted is 6:30 A.M. sharp. It is best if you arrive around 6:15 A.M. to load, assemble gear and fill out paperwork. We will be moving the R/V GO-BETWEEN for the upcoming season. We are excited about our upcoming location and we will be announcing it soon. To the Outer Banks Dive Center. The Outer Banks Dive Center is located on the bypass (route 158) at milepost 12.5, across from Jockeys Ridge State Park, just North of the Kitty Hawk Kites complex. Outer Banks Dive Center is easily found by either the beach road or the bypass. Store hours are 9 am to 6pm Wednesday through Sunday. Hours of operation in the summer are 9am to 6pm every day.
